We ship to the United States only (excluding PR & VI).

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check the ship-to address before finalizing your order.

For orders to the United States:

• Orders over $150 USD, before applicable sales tax, qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via FedEx.
• Orders below $150 USD, before applicable sales tax, incur a $10 shipping and handling fee.

For U.S. orders, some items may be subject to delivery restrictions based on type, weight, and size.

*Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Standard shipping to the United States takes approximately 7-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation, with potential delays during high seasons or sales campaigns.

We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, for U.S. orders.

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout for U.S. orders.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges of items. Please return the item using our portal and then place a new order.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated.
